Pet Policy
Pet Fee: $250 for 1st pet/$150 for 2nd pet.
Pet Rent: $25 per pet/mo. Billed with rent.
Policy: We allow two (2) pets per home, no exotic pets allowed.
Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, or any mix including the above breeds.
